a complaint.

- Guarantee transaction processing
If you are not satisfied with the products or services of the guarantee transaction, we advocate active communication first. If the communication fails, you can send a complaint refund request in the work order, order or complaint channel. The platform will make a final ruling according to the transaction and communication records of both parties, and make the handling opinions of full refund, partial refund and non refund. If you are not satisfied with the handling opinions, you can further complain to the market supervision department.

information which you submitted. We have the rights of deleting duplicate or inappropriate complaints,
And reserves theright to pursue legal responsibilities malicious user complaints.
Everything you submit will be forwarded to the customer service within two working days.the business
will be asked to respond within 5 days.
And if a response is not received, a second request will be made. You will be notified of the business’s
response when we receive it (or notified that we received no response). Complaints are usually closed
within 30 business days.
