For projects developed on the soft Valley platform, the soft valley will consider three ways to provide technical services according to the evaluation of the project:

 

First, soft valley will wholly invest in R & D for projects that are particularly promising or special projects;

 

Second, for some projects with good growth potential, softvalley will participate in the project construction as a technology shareholder, and recommend the introduction of investment institutions when appropriate (softvalley has established connections with some investment institutions, including international top investment giants. Since softvalley has participated in the construction from the beginning of the project, it has a deep understanding of team execution, background, market, etc., and has taken over the project Therefore, the recommendation of soft valley will greatly increase the financing success rate);

 

Third, for various reasons, soft Valley can only provide technical services as a service provider for the time being, instead of participating in the company;
