Once the main structure of the house is finished, the only way to expand the space would be pull it down, it will waste a lot of time and money.

If the customer's demand is very clear that he wants a villa. Once we get the demand clearly, we can do sketches design including orientation, layout like kitchen, bedroom, living room, and other internal structures, where furnitures would be, how will the water, electricity, gas line would go, etc. Customers will has a clearly impression in the mind according to the sketch. With a sketch, the builders can also estimate the amount of building materials, number of wrokers, total cost and the time will cost. Customers can adjust and control according to their budget. Once house is finished, it would be beautiful and comfortable, the cost can also be saved.
