What information need I submit to designer?

First before we start the design,you need to provide us the requirement which can let our designers know what do you want,you can provide us a link that you like,then we can start it.If you need to decorate the store and Alibaba,Ebay,or Taobao,you need to privide us your store account information,because this need to be finished online.After we have finished the decoration,you need to change your password.

How long will it take?

Usually it will take 2 working days to finish the design and decoration if you want to decorate a Alibaba,Ebay or Taobao store.Or you need to check the finish time at ProjectManager after you posted your requirement.

Note:workorder ony solve the techical problems,you can not add new functions of this project in the workorder,or the workorder will be refused.

 

Where can i check my project finish time?

If you want to check your project finish time,you need to go to the ProjectManager ,click "My Project".

Note:There are many reasons will delay this time,the client or the techical company will post the text description to explain the reason to delay this project.
